Hi all, currently looking for a lift kit for my Mk2 Panda (1990). I know Andypanda4x4 has one on his Panda but where do you get them from? Is there a website?

I am aware you need an adapter plate for the Gearbox so this is a must.

Good morning John !!

I'm the person who prepared the lift kit for Andy :p :p

We have different kits, we produce all the pieces inside our forum.

Some of our members produce the springs, the shock absorbers, the flanges, the leaf spring spacers and so on.

Here you find an useful list (and some links ;) ) :

FRONT LIFT KIT :

Springs (to get +3 or +5 cm lift) :
viewtopic.php?f=65&t=205

Flange (you need it when you lift your panda) :
viewtopic.php?f=65&t=4734

Shock Absorbers :
There are different "local" factories that produce them, some members are in contact with them.

Spacers for shock absorbers :
Same as above.

REAR LIFT KIT :

Wedge-Shaped Spacers (you put them below the leaf springs) :
There are different "local" factories that produce them, some members are in contact with them.

Leaf Spring Shackles :
Same as above.

Some persons use also the Leaf Springs with a different shape, to get an additional increase.
This method is not much used.

Please guys note that each car is different if compared with another one, so keep in mind you could have a "slight" difference if you compare your panda with another one. ;)

Well mate, the pieces are professional & tested in years of experience of Off-Road. *-:)

At the beginning the increase is a bit more than 5 centimeters (about 6 cm with the kit provided to Andy).
This happens because the springs lose about 1-1,5 centimeter in their life.

That's why the "actual" lift is about 5+ centimeters. ;) ;)

Regarding the prices I will send you some "links" for these pieces (via PM), in this way you will have a look ! : Beer :

Please remember that the individual parts are created by different members of the Panda 4x4 Off Road Club Italia, all over Italy itself.

Sounds good :-BD

We have several people interested in the kits, once we know the price we'll be able to get some firm numbers.

Hi guys i was also wondering how much this lift kit would cost and also do i need longer drive shafts? I heard that if you lift very high then longer driveshafts might be needed. I have a yr 2000 Panda 4x4. I plan to fit off road tyres. Does anyone have any ideas on this. I have seen this project on this forum best photos are at the very end:

Regarding the lift, here in Italy the "standard" is considered about 5 centimeters (max 6) .

In this way you do not need to modify other pieces.

If you want to go over this measure, you risk to break quickly the semi-axles. ;)

Most of users of our forum use this kit, but it is not a "standard" kit.

We get the different supplies from different parts of Italy.
The springs, the spacers, the lifted shock absorbers, the flange and so on.......
All pieces are from different handicraft factories.

All pieces are very high quality, tested, and they do not need additional modifies to be mounted.
After you mount them, the car is ready to be used, and they are very conforteable in the on road use.

You just need to fix the front wheels with the help of a mechanical.
(sorry i don't know the translation of this job in english, lol :)) =)) )

Ciao a tutti!!

Also very interested in a possible lift-job, for my 1989 Sisley.

I am planning on fitting it with 145/80 r13 off-road from tr-gomme/Ovada, which I believe may be on (or over) the limit for the stock height.

The Panda is to be used lightly, both on- and off-road, as it's a cherished little thing, but I also want to use it for what it's worth, a bit of off-road fun!

Are these kits still available?
